What can we do for Cyberbully?
Cyberbulling become one of serious problems all over the world. Today, we enjoy shopping, sending messages, or making friends on the internet. However, there are some people who insult or embarrass others on the inter net by posting text with abuses or slanders on blogs. Sometime, they even put other’s personal information on them without any permittions. Due to cyberbullying, many victims have traumas, get afraid of communicating with others, or some of them commit suicides. In fact, inJapan second school websites which were run by students sometime cause bullies at schools, and in Korea in 2007, 14,000 people were arrested as suspects in the cases of cyberbullying, and an American teenager Morgan Taylor Meier commited suicide, suffering from cyberbullying on the internet website called MySpace. Three possible solutions to avoid cyberbullying is to use parental controll systems, to hold seminars to teach people what the problem on cyberbullying, and to make laws of cyberbullying.
First, by using parental control systems, parents can protect their children from any danger. By parental control systems, we will bloc any harmful contents such as nudity, explicit sexual materials, violence, strong languages, and chat rooms or message boards. Thus, children won’t get any bad effects from internet information. Moreover, with these systems, we can protect your children from irresponsible verbal violence.
Secondly, holding seminars helps people to learn about what the prpblem on syberbullying. By listening to victim’s non fictitious stories, people will notice how much and how many are suffering from cyberbullying. Besides, people might reconfirm the importance and recent lack of morals on anything.
Finally, making laws is one of the most effective ways to restrain cyberbully. Today, there is no law to panish cyberbully. So, if such a law get established, even evil people will hesitate to insult others on the internet. In addition, the police will arrest and get into jails cyberbully.
There are many possible solutions like use of parental control systems, seminars to think about cyberbullying, and laws of cyberbullying. However, cyberbulling is just one of the way to bully. The way of bullies get more crucial and cleverer ones. We have to think about bully more seriously.

Steep rise in food price in Japan
In Japan, food price has been rising more and more these days. According to a 2006 servey, the rate of Japanese self-sufficiency in food is only 39 percent. It means that Japan rely on oversea countries to provide them with more than half of food they eat. Thanks to support of oversea countries, Japan has a rich food culture. However, due to worldwide food crisis, food price has been getting higher. As a result of this, housewives and househusbands are having trouble reducing their family bugets, and some owners of retaurants decide to raise the prices of the food which they serve or to shut up their shops. There are three main reasons why food price has risen: severe drought in Australia, development of bio-energy in the U.S., and worries about Chinese crops.
First, Australia is one of the most influential farming countries, but the rate of food production in Australia has been declining rapidly due to sever drought for 6 years. Australian people limit their use of water to save it. However it has hardly rained, and water stocked by dams almost exhausted, so it is difficult not only to feed their domestic animals or water plants but also to lead their lives. Moreover, on October 27th, 2006, Australian government decided to import crops to feed domestic aminals. In 2007, there were the harvests of 91% less amount of corns and 61% less amount of wheat wheat and barley, compared with 2006. As a result, supplies from Australia get fewer.
Secondly, the U.S. approach to invention of bio-energy enthusiastically. It is made of oils for food, and it is regarded as a substitution of gasoline. The U.S. was No.1 provider of wheat. However, in stead of wheat, they came to plant mainly corns and beans in the sake of bio-energy. Besides, most of them are not for food but for ingredients of bio-energy. Therefore, the amount of corns and beans for food don’t increase. In addition, as I mentioned before, the other effective wheat supplyer, Australia, is suffering from a bad harvest, so the demand of wheat to the U.S. get bigger and bigger. The stock of wheat in the U.S. run out rapidly, so the U.S. government decided to restrict export of wheat. Consequently, the price of wheat get higher.
Finally, Japanese people hesitate to buy crops made in China because they are worried if these crops might not be good for their health. Japanese people import a lot of vegetables from China because they are quite cheap. However, many fields in China are polluted due to the pollutants from plants. Besides Chinese people use a lot of agrochemical to protect their vegetables against insects. Therefore many crops contain a huge amount of toxic chemicals. Japanese people suspect that Chinese vegetables have a bad effect on your health. In fact, gyoza products, which JAPAN TABACCO INC., had a Chinese company make, included highly poisonous substance, and some Japanese people who ate the gyoza showed the symptons of food poisoning. Afterwards, Japanese government tempolarily restricted import from China. However now that many Japanese farmers gave up running their farms before because they lost price competition, there are not enough amount of crops in Japan, and the price of them get higher.
Severe drought in Australia, use of edible oil for bio-energy in U.S., and distrust of Chinese crops are one of the factors that food price in Japan has been rising. However, today food crisis is a problem every country has. So, we must stop depending on supply from oversea countries and should weigh on domestic agriculture more.

Neighbouring countries, Korea and Japan
Korea and Japan are alike, but they are different in some ways. Korea is very near Japan. However, Japan used to settle in Korea and tried to get Korean people under control. So there had been deep gaps between Korea and Japan. However, the situation has been changing little by little. In 2002, Japanese government corporated with Korean government to hold FIFA world cup. While Japanese people cheered Korean soccer team, Korean people encouraged Japanese soccer team. At that time, Korea and Japan seemed to be a country. In addition, Korean TV drama, called Winter Sonata, led to Korean wave in Japan. As a result of them, the relationship between Korea and Japan has been getting closer and closer these days. The more we get to know about Korea, the more we can see that Japan is appearently similar to Korea, but they are different in many ways: eating habits, religion, and English education.
First of all, Korea and Japan have slight different eating habits. Both Korean people and Japanese people use chopsticks. However, while Japanese chopsticks were made of woods, Korean ones were made of stainless steels. Besides, in Japan it regarded as rude that people eat rice without holding their rice containers on their palms. On the other hand, Korean people are regarded as impolite, unless you keep your dishes on the table. These differences came from tools for eating. Whereas in Japan, wooden dishes developed, in Korea there are many wars such as the Sino-Japanese War, the Korean war and so on. So they used silver or stainless steels for their dishes, chopsticks and spoons because they are unbreakable materials. However, metaric products conduct heat quite easily, so they couldn’t touch them. It is said that this Korean eating manner came from such a Korean histrical background. In addition, Both Korean and Japanese eat rice as their staple food. However, Japanese eat rice with chopsticks, but Korean people use spoons. In Japan, paople eat any kinds of food with chopsticks. It is a bit difficult and troublesome, but it looks beautiful. On the other hand, Korean people think that eating rice with spoon looks people enjoy eating, so they use spoons in eating rice.
Secondly, we can see some differences in a religious aspect. Missionaries transmitted the teaching of Jesus Christ to both Korea and Japan. However, while a quater of Korean people are Christians, less than 10% of Japanese people are Christians. Still now, many Korean people keep in their mind the teaching of Confucius. However, Korea had been suffering from repeated wars. At the same time, missionaries came, and the teaching of Jesus Christ became a light of hope for many Korean people. As a result, many Korean people became Christians. On the other hand, many Japanese people think that they don’t belong to any religion. Such an idea come from the way of thinking of Shinto. Shinto is the idea that there is each God for everything, and every God is equal. So Japanese people don’t think which God is the most important or the wisest. However, nevertheless many Japanese people don’t belong to particular religion, but they celebrate Christmas, marry in a church, and call a Buddhist priest for a funeral. Korea and Japan have slight different ideas for religion, but Japanese youngstars are less interested in religion. Likewise, Korean youngster are less interested in religion.
Finally, both Korean and Japan have English problem. For both Korean and Japanese people, English is not first language. In addition, English education in both countries had been mainly grammatical studies. So both Korean and Japanese people are not good English speakers. Today, English is necessary for global business, so both Korean and Japanese people have to master English to survive global business competitions. Nevertheless both countries are on the same boat, appoarches to English study are quite different. Now English boom has come to Korea. Most Korean parents wants their children to study abroad by the time their children enter high school. Some Korean become immigrants to make their sons or daughters study abroard. There are also some husbands, called kilogiapper, who work in Korea for their wives and children who live overseas to study. In Korea, if you enter high-class university, you can’t get a job, so people study hard. On the other hand, Japanese English education standstill. Some people think that English is important and study hard, and the other people think English is not necessary for them. Some people are more interested in enjoying lives than getting a promotion. In addition, many Japanese English teachers don’t speak English fluently, and students study mainly grammatical structures and English vocabularies. So some students feel only difficulties on English study and give it up.
Korean people and Japanese people look alike and have some similarities like looks, annguages and so on, but they have different eating manner, different ways of thinking about religions, and different approach to English and so on. Some people may be suffering from culture shock because some action which is a good behavior in Japan may be rude in Korea. However, each country has a great culture. So, by accepting and respecting each culture, we will be able to make a better relationship.

Japanese towmscape get ruined
The townscape with traditional Japanese houses has been losing over the past ten years. Of eight- hundred thousand traditional wooden buildings, about one-hundred thousand buildings disappear every year. In stead, each architect or house manufacturer continues to build houses with their own concept on shapes, colors or structures. Each house is nice and unique, but when it comes to townscape, it’s terrible. Japanese townscape has no unity which Florence townscape has. Including some people from overseas, some people who recognize the goodness of traditional Japanese houses try to keep them. Nevertheless the number of the houses get fewer, and beautiful townscapes get spoilt. It is quite difficult to keep beautiful townscape in Japan because of the safety of housing, the difficulties of maintaining housing, and the influence of Japanese Capitalism and individualism.
First, people choose their houses, concerning about the safety of housing such as security levels and strength for earthquake on them. When Great Hanshin-Awaji earthquake happened, mass communication insisted that 90% of destroyed houses were traditional Japanese housing which was made of woods. Actually, almost all of wooden housing in Kobe was not traditional Japanese one. Many traditional Japanese housing had lost during world war. Thus the houses in Kobe were built after world war Ⅱ for the people who lost their houses with limited materials. So it’s natural that they were breakable. In spite of this fact, however, since then people came to build fewr wooden housing with heavy Japanese tiles. In addition, brutal and inhuman crimes are rampant these days. Traditional Japanese housing is very open, so is not good for security. These reasons show why the number of traditional Japanese housing doesn’t increase.
Secondly, it’ s quite difficult to maintain traditional Japanese houses. In Japan, there are also some townscape conservation areas, like some European countries. However, the number of owners for the houses has been reducing. In such areas, it is too difficult to expand road and to equip things which is necessary for people’s lives to keep townscape fabulous. So people who don’t like any inconvenience move off. Moreover, many traditional Japanese housing are owned by seniors. they get quite old and it is difficult for them to pay a huge amount of money for fixing their houses. So most of them give up unwillingly having their houses. Unless people maintain them regularly, they get ruined They are the reasons traditional Japanese houses have been disappearing.
Finally, Japanese capitalism and indivisualism lead to inconsist townscape in Japan. Japan is a capitalist society, so each constructor or architect trys to build a unique and original house, apartment, or building to defeat their competitors. About ten years ago, the number of weatern style housing increased rapidly. Moreover today young people like to be individualnow in many ways. So many young people prefer designer’s mandion which is designed by a famous architect and has each concept. Because of these reasons, it is absolutely impossible to maintain uniformed townscape.
These days many people have already noticed the beauty of townscpe which consist of traditional Japanese housing. However the beautiful landscape has been disappearing continuously. It is not easy to remain beautiful and uniformed townscape because of the security and quake-resistent preblem on traditional Japanese houses, the difficulties to on conservation for them, or respect for individualities. Many Japanese people are fascinated with Western music, housing and so on. It’s natural and not bad. However we should remain and succeed of our culture and the virtue of Japan to next generation.

The last day of my Golden week was the busiest one in this Golden Week, for I had to go to my part-time job despite I had a job interview of The Daiei, Inc. I woke up at 7:00. I was still sleepy, but I changed clothes, pressed my shirts for the interview, and then left home. My work place, Family Mart is located next to Amagasaki athletic stadium, sports gym, and baseball stadiumin, and there are many games for many sports these days, so the convenience store was full of customers. Customers bought lunch boxes one after another, few lunch boxes were left when I went home for Job hunting. As soon as I came back home, I wore recruit suits refine my shoes, and then dashed to JR Amagasaki station. When I reached the station, it was 1:30. The interview would be take place at Temma, Osaka, and it took about 30 minutes going there. I have job interview many times, so I came to talk about myself a little calmer than before. Moreover interviewer was so friendly that I could express myself. After job interview, I worked again for two hours. I felt so exhousted but feel sort of satisfaction too.

A. Topic: Reasons cigarette advertising should be banned
C. Outline:
1. Advertising
a) purpose of advertising
b) influence of advertising
2. Cigarette
a) cigarette for smoker
b) cigarette for children
3. Japanese cigarette company
D. Topic sentence: Cigarette advertising should be banned for many reasons.
E. Draft:
Cigrette advertising should be banned for many reasons. First, it’s wrong to advertise cigarette. Companies advertise their goods to prompt the sales of it. So they adopt celebrities such as actor, actress or actor to look their mechandise more fascinating. People, especially children, want the same thing which a celebrity has or imitate what an attractive person does. So when children watch a cigarette advertisement, they might get interested in smoking and , to make matters worse, they may try it. Secondly, smoking is bad for our health, as we know. Nicotin is so addictive that we can’t stop easily once we try it. In addition, today is a worldwide non-smoking boom and smoking areas has got narrower gradually. Therefore, we don’t need increase the number of cigarette addicts any more. FInally I can’t believe that cigarette companies care about our health. In the other countries, warning on the risk of smoking is printed on the surface of a cigarette package. On the other hand, Japanese cigarette companies seem to take much more care of design. They print warning with small letters at the bottom of the package. Cigarette is not only expensive but also toxic, so cigarette companies must do their duty that they make consumers recognised the danger of smoking

D.Topic sentence:
Cigarette advertising should be banned for many reasons.
E. Draft:
Cigarette advertising should be banned for many reasons. First of all, the influence of advertisement is too huge. Companies adopt attractive actor, actress, or model for their commercials to make their goods look more fascinating. Children want to be like them so they try to get same things which celebrities have and try to do the same things. Secondly, Cigarette is bad for our health and, make matters worse, it might lead to lug cancer, so we should prevent youth from getting interested in cigarette as possible as we can. Advertisement prompts goods sales, so it’s wrong to advertise harmful comodities. Finally, Japanese cigarette companies don’t seem to do their duties. They put the caution for smoking on their product’s package with small letters. Cigarette is very expensive and very toxic, so cigarette firms must open the disadvantage of their good more clearly.
